Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Invoice Pulse (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Who provides the App

The App is published on Google Play. Subscription purchases and payment processing for digital goods or services offered inside the App are handled by Google Play according to Google’s terms and privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

  • Account and authentication data. For example, a phone number or identifier used to sign in, and a Firebase Authentication user ID associated with your account.
  • Business and operational data you enter. Such as business name, address, GST or tax identifiers, customer names, invoice line items, amounts, notes, and related billing content you choose to store.
  • Team and membership data. When you create or join a business team, we store role and permission information needed to operate shared features.
  • Subscription status. Information related to your subscription entitlements as reflected through Google Play Billing and our backend (for example, license or expiry metadata needed to unlock features).
  • Technical data. Data necessarily transmitted when you use internet-connected features (for example, device/network signals processed by Google Firebase services to deliver the App’s cloud functionality).

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features;
  • Authenticate you and keep your session secure;
  • Store and sync your business and invoice data across your devices;
  • Validate subscriptions and enforce feature access;
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests where required.

4. Where data is stored and third-party services

The App uses Google Firebase (including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore or related Firebase services) to store and synchronize account-linked data. Firebase infrastructure is operated by Google. For how Google processes data as a provider, see Google’s privacy documentation for Firebase and Google Cloud.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with service providers as needed to run the App (for example, Google as the Firebase and Play platform provider), or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in line with our deletion process, subject to limited retention where law or legitimate security obligations require it.

6. Your choices

  • Subscriptions: Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in your Google Play account (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions).

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email info@aurexdigital.in so we can delete it.

8. International users

If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where Google operates infrastructure (including regions you select or that Firebase uses for your project).

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
