How to delete your account
You can request deletion of your Invoice Pulse account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains what happens and how to contact us.
What deletion covers
When we process a valid deletion request, we aim to remove or anonymize:
- Your authentication profile tied to the App (for example, your Firebase Auth account used with Invoice Pulse);
- Cloud-stored data linked to your user ID, such as profile fields, team membership rows, and business or invoice records that are stored under your account in our backend;
- Other App-specific records that identify you, where technically and legally feasible.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup cycles. Aggregated or fully anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@aurexdigital.in (Aurex Digital)—that is the primary channel for account and data-deletion requests. You may also use the developer contact on our Google Play listing for Invoice Pulse.
- Use a subject line such as: Invoice Pulse — Account deletion request
-
In the message, include:
- The phone number you used to sign in to Invoice Pulse (if applicable);
- Any other detail that helps us locate your account (for example, business name on your profile);
- Confirmation that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
What we will do
We will verify the request as appropriate (for example, by replying from the same email thread or asking for reasonable proof that you control the account). After verification, we will process deletion within a reasonable time—typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraint. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete or explain any limitation.
Before you delete
- Export or save any invoices or data you need—deleted data may not be recoverable.
- Sign out of the App on your devices after deletion if you still have access.
